Hi mam, This is Gayatri, thank you for today’s session. I was thinking to wake up early for long and do some excercise, but due to work and kids. I was postponing it every day. But today I finally woke at 4:45, prepared myself for the session. Felt happy and peaceful.
My fear to start excercise was doing in alone, but as it live session it feels good.

U played a big part behind my change in lifestyle and change in my mindset. Even though I joined for weight loss, I came to know more things behind it. Its not only weightloss, its should be your lifestyle change and its a very long journey.
Only exercises wont help and there are few factors involved with it as binded together.
